COMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Position Currently Available for Persons Experienced in Property and Casualty Field

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
-Handling and administering customer-service calls and inquiries related to property and casualty lines of insurance coverage's
-Assisting in the servicing of new business accounts, including the issuing of quotes and the preparation of proposals
-Assisting with rewrites and renewals, and ensuring policies are renewed in a timely fashion
-Invoice all premium bearing accounts
-Attend client meetings and functions to strengthen existing relationship

-Minimum experience of 2 professional years within the insurance industry
-Multitasking is a must
-Ability to work in a fast-pace, forward-thinking, paperless environment
-Strong time management and prioritization skills; and ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external business partners
-Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
-Aptitude for evaluating and interpreting information

-Bachelors degree is desirable but not required
-Property and Casualty license is desirable but not required
-Experience with Applied, AMS or AMS360 is a strong plus, candidate must also be proficient in MS Word and Excel
-Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, as demonstrated by past experience and references are requirements for this position
-Positive attitude & attention to detail, along with a proven track record of timely completion of duties and reports, is essential for success in this position
